NITESH

The author has created a fairly complex world with elves, dragons and magic. This world is also filled with people who are greedy and downright mean. She has also inhabited her world with two very likable lead characters. It is to the author’s credit that all these elements are pulled together into a cohesive and heartwarming story.

NITESH

WOW! I started reading the excerpts last night, and couldn't stop thinking about the characters.  Today, I bought the book, and read the entire book in one setting.  I was hooked, drawn into the story, and couldn't stop clicking the pages. I had a lot of work to do today, but everything was put on hold until I finished reading this fantastic adventure of Thalassa and Terran and their love.

Years ago, Jenna's stories grabbed my attention, and that was her rough drafts. <BG> She has grown in the craft, and it is exciting to see her incredible tales published.  I commend her on the dedication to the craft, and admire the talent she holds as a writer. Nitesh was a refreshing tale from what I usually read. I can't wait to read more of her books!

Jenna, thank you for a day full of adventure!

JennaKay Francis brings to life an enchanting tale of fate, love and magic in her novel, Nitesh.

If you're looking for an author that is consistent, likes a positive ending and is sure to delight then you must try Jenna K. Francis. Having read several of her novels I've been pleased with every one and Nitesh is no exception....Francis is a wonderful storyteller and her world and characters are captivating in this romantic fantasy. I highly recommend Nitesh to all fantasy lovers...especially if you like a little romance in the mix.

NITESH

Once again JennaKay Francis works her marvelous magic to weave a powerful spell in NITESH. JennaKay will sweep you away in fantastic a world of elves, witches, dragons, and shapeshifters.

NITESH seems to have too many loose ends to tie up, but JennaKay does it masterfully. All of the unfinished sub plots are woven into one nice knot, sweeping the reader away in a world of magic. Those who enjoyed FREE SPIRIT, JennaKay's previous novel (soon to be re-released), will delight in the maturity of the voice that has evolved in this second novel. I heartily recommend this novel to all lovers of fantasy. But be warned, for once you begin the journey, you won't want to put the book aside for even a moment.

Francis does it again! The heartbeat of the land is born between the pages of this tale that gives two people who shouldn't be together a child who will unite the kingdoms once and for all. And what about the sole survivor? Well, this whip of a girl plays an important part in this tale that leads Terran to love and Thalassa to freedom. A sure page-turner that will keep you up late into the night. I hope Francis will tell the tale of Nitesh.

GIFT OF BLOOD

Vampires, shape shifters and witches propel this tale down at road filled with suspense, desire, vengeance and need. Ms. Francis has a talent for breathing life into an unusual cast of characters, while her plot and narrative style weave a captivating tale reminiscent of the gothic classics of old. A delightful and fast paced read for any rainy day… or night, A Gift for Blood will not disappoint.

Complex and detailed, THE TRISKELION is the first of the three book series, and this reviewer is extremely anxious to continue her journey in Glede. Bravo, JennaKay, for this incredible novel!

THE TRISKELION

This is an action-packed tale that will appeal to readers of all ages. There is sorcery here, but it is secondary to the magic of love and friendship. Francis has created a multi-faceted world full of fascinating creatures and characters who quickly become friends with the reader as well as each other.

THE TRISKELION

A notable entry into the field of series fantasy, THE GUARDIANS OF GLEDE will provide thrill, chills, and maybe a few tears.  Ms. Francis has created not only a credible world, but also an array of memorable characters and a quest worthy of the word.  The books abound with battles, narrow escapes, and the possibility that evil may triumph.

THE DARK PRINCE

Just as Treyas Beckering Merripen is ready to visit his friend, Nissa,  King Jansson arrives asking for his assistance in recovering the sword  he left at Devil’s Hold. Although Treyas wonders why Jansson is there  without an escort, he uses his magic to convince both Quinlin and Elek  to let them go alone. The next morning, Ziv, Jansson’s bodyguard visits  Quinlin and Elek. Immediately, Quinlin and Ziv take off to find them but  the first night, they both sense another presence. That of a little boy who  must accompany them on the dangerous journey. Before Quinlin and Ziv  can reach Jansson and Treyas, the two boys are attacked by Trolls, hurt,  and now are separated. But good things always happen in Glede. Each  has their own companion and must detour to Pendorelle where they will  meet once again.

Both are on different treks. One more dangerous than the other. Yet, Ms.  Francis crossed the barrier making it very easy for the reader to follow  Treyas’ and Jansson’s stories as they struggle to believe the other is not  dead while at the same time trying to keep themselves alive. Hat’s off to a  wonderful storyteller.

THE DARK PRINCE

Once again JennaKay Francis weaves a magical tale guaranteed to entertain all fantasy lovers. Both THE TRISKELION and THE DARK PRINCE are wonderful tales, and I can hardly wait to complete the trilogy with THE SORCERER'S POOL.

THE DARK PRINCE

Francis has created a sound successor to The Triskelion, showing the original characters as they have grown and matured and introducing several more with considerable promise.

THE SORCERER'S POOL

This reviewer has been immersed in the world of Glede, having read the three novels back-to-back. The trilogy is extraordinary, and I must confess to my wishing to linger just a little longer in this magical world of brownies, elves, and sorcerers. I have come to expect great things of JennaKay Francis, and am pleased to say my expectations have been surpassed.

THE SORCERER'S POOL

These first three books of the Glede series offer well-developed plots that appear simple and are, in fact, full of interesting complexities. Most of those complexities are character-driven. Francis's characters are deeply human, even the ones who aren't, and  her young protagonists are full of impulsive courage and unswerving loyalty.

Like the works of David and Leanne Eddings, these books would make excellent starter books for young people interested in tasting the fantasy genre. They have just the right combination of charismatic characters, exciting action and gentle humor, and their quality and style are satisfyingly consistent.
